When to go to therapy?

This is a question without a single answer. Each individual realizes in different ways when it is time to strengthen their mental health. In some cases, ending a relationship, feeling dissatisfied with work or feeling anxious can be triggers to seek professional help.

However, whether for a diagnostic, existential or circumstantial reason, psychotherapy is recommended for everyone who wants to delve deeper into themselves and regardless of their initial motivation, you will always receive support and professional listening.
